Minimum Service Levels

While you are away we want to make sure that your pets are comfortable and healthy. In order to do that Purr-Furr'd Pet Sitting Service has strict guidelines that will help us achieve this goal.

Cats - Cats are known to be able to care for themselves quite well but cats are also known to develop illnesses suddenly and are able to hide their symptoms well. To protect your cat(s) our least number of daily visits will be once a day. We feel if it is less than that we will not be able to give your cat (s) the quality care that they require and will not be able to check on them to ensure there are no drastic changes in their eating or personality.

Dogs - Dogs are not like cats and need more care and attention. In order to give your dogs the care and attention that they need we would recommend 3 visits a day. Our minimum visits are twice a day but I would like to think about going to the restroom twice a dat. The more visits a day the less bored your dogs are likely to become and this may prevent the dogs from destroying your furniture or prevent accidents in the house.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hr notice of cancellation of scheduled visits. Failure to do so will results in charges of one or more visits that will be billed to you at normal rate.

Additional charges may occur if you do not notify us when you have arrived home. If you do not notify us we will do our normal visits even if it is not scheduled. If we find you home when we arrive for our you will be charged for that visit. As our Quality service we will continue to do our normal visits until we are notified that the Owners has arrived home even if our schedule may say that you are to arrive. The reason for this is because there have been many cases where there has been misunderstanding on the dates of arrival or the plane was cancelled and pets has been left without care for a day or more. We would not want your pets to go without any care for any time period. This policy protects your pets and gives you confidence that your pet will not go without care in case of emergencies.

We reserve the right to refuse any service at any time a Pet Sitter feels that the Pet Sitter is in an uncomfortable or dangerous situation for either the Pet Sitter or the Pets.
